The High Wycombe Town Centre extension is the first development of this scale in 50 years in this area and has completely changed the town's image. This residential development forms part of a wider in-town sustainable, mixed use retail and leisure scheme undertaken by Haskoll. A balance of social and private units has been provided to meet current guidelines for social diversity.

Haskoll’s designs bring a new dimension to the city of High Wycombe, which is a convenient commute in London. As part of leisure, commercial and residential Mixed Use, Haskoll design expands the existing city centre, adding a number of shopping areas including two new main stores, a variety of restaurants, a 12-screen cinema, Bowling alleys and brand new bus stops. Haskoll delivers a full-course follow-up project from concept to on-site, bringing social sustainability to an evolving city.
