This project is located at Fengtai district, Beijing. The basic design principles are according to the requirements of client and the investigation of office space: people oriented, experience as purpose, extending characteristic, sustainability and international landmark building of Lize business district. Base on these principles, there are two design concepts coming up. First is metaphor as "Hidden in the city" and "Green city". The goal is creating a comfortable and sustainable working environment, turning the pressure atmosphere into relaxing and calming. In some public areas, using water and plant create stepwise space; provide larger space for individual offices sharing as well. 

The second design concept is the "heyday", aiming to create a noble, business, cutting-edge, brilliant high-profile office space. More space and design use advanced gray tone, highlighting the contrast of different materials, strong sense of rhythm, reflecting the characteristics of financial business space.
