Tea factory project is located in the North of Yangpu District, Shanghai and with direct access and views along Qiu River; the industrial complex is a mix of different periods and architectural styles. Haskoll sttempt to transfer the old factory buildings into a modern efficient creative park enhancing the interest and theme of the space with commercial and office accommodations. Along the riverfront area is located the leisure centre of the scheme. The stepped landscape, riverside trail, open-are restaurants, and SOHO working environment will all bring more vitality to the whole area.
