This project is located in world-class binhai district, a total construction area of 150,000sqm pioneering "city park", is unique in fully integrating the Penglai Marine culture and the culture of wonderland, Creating a 24-hour travel and leisure destination with a balanced season

Shandong province provided an opportunity for Haskoll to work within one of China's most historic regions. We first prepared a Master Plan due to the site's significant location between the main tourist attractions along the sea-front and the central commercial district.

Our design therefore proposes bridging these two areas. In addition the site is over-looked by the famous Penglai Pavilion to the north-west. The scheme, entitled 'Magic Beach', has an emphasis on leisure activities. It includes a cinema and KTV (karaoke) venue as well as a four-storey hotel.
