Twelve square kilometers of spectacular mountain and river scenery are the setting for Haskoll’s master plan. Successfully linking the commercial and tourist development, the master plan proposes extending the natural lakes and waterways to create a welcoming, leisure-focused gateway to the valley. Hot water springs, ancient temples, a restaurant on a cliff precipice and a botanic exhibition park create a mosaic of tourist attractions along a ‘managed’ trail exploring the valley. A range of exclusive residential villas, eco-lodges and town-houses mingle with the developed leisure and tourist assets are accompanied by business and resort hotels.
