Amway Shanghai Experience Centre, situated on Xietu Road in the city's prime commercial district, reopened in February 2025 following a major RMB 60 million refurbishment led by HSKC. Covering 5,000 sqm, the flagship integrates brand storytelling, product interaction, and community engagement. Key areas include a shared kitchen, wellness hub, themed cafe, and a 150-seat multifunctional theatre. Emphasising "co-created living" and wellbeing, the redesign offers flexible, immersive environments that foster social connection and entrepreneurial activity. The project exemplifies innovative adaptive reuse, transforming a dated commercial site into a dynamic hub for holistic and high-quality urban living.
