The project is located in Huaiyin District, right next to the west train station. It is the west terminal station of the planned subway Line x xxx Station as well as the subway depot for Line x. It is a typical subway TOD project. The total area of the site is 35.77 hectares and is divided into the Landing Zone and the Upper Cover Zone. The landing zone consists of all the commercial functions of the project and limited amount of residential building. Then the upper cover zone consists mainly of residential buildings.
