Located in Fujian province, which is rich in vernacular architectural heritage, this project comprises an apartment hotel, serviced conference facilities, Soho offices and a shopping mall with a department store and KTV entertainments. The proposed development will provide 211,500sqm commercial space.

Haskoll's design for the elevations reflects the local 'Hakka' culture 'round-houses' – recreating radiused corners and textured walls in a contemporary manner.  This interpretation embeds the scheme into the local environment and nurtures a sense of ownership within the people of Longyan
