Haskoll’s sensitive designs for the re-development of a ‘listed’ former family-run department store in a city centre location required meticulous attention to detail. This created spaces fit for contemporary uses and occupiers in order to preserve an architectural master-piece.

The transformation generated 56 apartments at high level and revitalized shops and restaurants at low level.  Providing design and construction administration services, Haskoll nurtured original details back to life including refurbished shopfronts and their decorative surrounds and selected unsympathetic canopies and roofs for demolition.
