Haskoll Gains Two Commissions for Guohai Mixed Use Development

The Guohai Group, experienced developers and operators of large mixed use developments, commissioned Haskoll to design extensive refurbishments of its existing property in east-central Beijing. This work involves remodeling the interior layouts, adding a brand new main street elevation and all associated interior design work. In addition, the same client awarded Haskoll a project in Taiyuan which involves elevations and interior layouts – briefed to be “the king of commercial real estate” in that city. Working with this client will further enhance Haskoll’s profile in China – yielding a showcase retail development ‘down the road’ from Haskoll’s China’s Beijing office.
