Real CS Outdoor Field - Haskoll 2013 Celebrations

The opening day of the first phase of New Square attracted over 20,000 customers and 124,000 during the first week of trading. Haskoll were the project Architects developing the final proposals, this involved all aspects of delivering the project after planning consent. New Square has been designed to create a traditional streetscape; it consists of a timber framed Format 80 Tesco store and twenty retail units including: Next, JD Sports, Bank, Outfit and Deichmann. The mall is linked centrally to the new plaza which is encircled by many restaurants and cafés including Prezzo, Harvester, Real China, Nando’s and Costa. A new five screen Odeon cinema faces onto the plaza, adding to the attraction of this new public space.
