Beijing Piaoliang Plaza Refurnishment

As the landmark of Yayuncun(Asian Sports Village), Beijing Piaoliang Plaza was built in 1999 and opened in 2001. Located in the ground floor if Yangguang Square, No. 68 Rd. Anli, Chaoyang District in Beijing, the project owns an excellent position in the city but an undervalued commercial situation. And that is the problem we aimed to solve. The building was almost 40,000 square meters large, including 2floors on the ground and one floor underground. 

The Beijing Wanhengda Investment Limited Company is developing this plaza comprehensively to make it an up-market and international commercial center.

Haskoll is responsible for the elevation refurbishment design, the landscape concept design for the square and roof, the commercial circulation design and the interior design.
