Zhengzhou Fabric Factory New World Hotel has been completed!

A 700,000㎡ mixed-use development in the west of Zhengzhou converts this former industrial site into a premier residential, hotel and shopping destination. 

Haskoll’s proposed concept is inspired by the Chinese dragon, which represents auspiciousness. The design creates a new park landscape context for high quality residential units, with a new pedestrian boulevard connecting to a shopping and leisure destination. The development includes a new school, cinema, restaurants, hotel and offices - optimizing the commercial value of the site. 

Construction of the landmark towers (hotel and offices) commenced in early 2012, with the New World Hotel opening in 2015!
