再造郑州地标！赫斯科签约二七区城市更新项目，AI空间生态模型通过算法高效赋能项目

Recently, HSKC officially signed the ‘Zhengzhou Healthy Living World City’ commercial renovation project.

The project is situated in the core area of Erqi District, Zhengzhou, covering a total land area of approximately 112.5 mu (approx. 7.5 hectares) with an existing building area of about 80,000 square metres. The client intends to transform it into a new landmark with a focus on wellness in Central China. HKSK will lead the overall development planning and concept planning design. In this creative undertaking, the firm will deploy its proprietary ‘Street Space Ecology AI Model’ for the first time in the Central Plains region, leveraging spatial data diagnosis, value assessment and business mix simulation to inject data‑intelligent decision‑making power – moving beyond experience-driven approaches – into this landmark project.
