【Winner】Third Collaboration: HSKC Wins Amway Beijing Experience Centre Project

HSKC is pleased to announce that on 9 March 2026, the firm successfully secured the Amway Beijing Experience Centre project. This marks the third collaboration between HSKC and Amway, following the flagship store projects in Shanghai and Guangzhou.

The tender process involved two highly competitive rounds, in which the HSKC team ultimately prevailed. The winning proposal was driven by the team’s deep understanding of Amway’s brand philosophy, combined with the successful delivery experience gained from the previous two projects.

From Shanghai to Guangzhou and now Beijing, the continuous rollout of flagship stores across three major tier-one cities represents another milestone in HSKC’s growing expertise in commercial space delivery and the increasing confidence global brands place in the firm’s capabilities. The Amway Shanghai and Amway Guangzhou Experience Centre, designed by HSKC, were completed and opened in February and November 2025 respectively, quickly becoming new landmarks for health and lifestyle experiences in their respective cities.

Located in Sanlitun, Beijing’s premier retail district, the Amway Beijing Flagship Store will continue to build on HSKC’s core strategy of “empowering brand value through spatial experience.” The project aims to create a flagship destination that integrates brand identity, immersive customer experience and vibrant commercial energy.
