The project comes at a pivotal moment, as Beijing launches its “Nine Special Action Plans” and targets a core AI industry scale exceeding RMB 1 trillion. HSKC’s work exemplifies how AI technologies can “smooth the folds of everyday life”—translating innovation into tangible value for the real economy. Built upon its proprietary AI Spatial Ecosystem Foundation Model, the project will deliver a “Tongzhou Commercial Digital Twin “featuring full-area sensing, dynamic evaluation and intelligent decision-making, offering end-to-end smart solutions from strategic vision to on-the-ground implementation.
