On 18th November 2025, the Amway Guangzhou Experience Centre, located at No. 62 Jinsui Road, Zhujiang New Town, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, celebrated its grand opening. A prestigious ribbon-cutting ceremony was held, attended by senior leaders from the Amway Group, alongside HSKC representatives including Founder Dr. Henry Yang, Executive Partner (Hong Kong) Mr. Perry Lee, and Senior Partner Mr. Richard Li, among other members of the management team—all witnessing the launch of this strategic project.

 

As a significant milestone in Amway’s 30th-anniversary strategy in China, this comprehensive upgrade has fully transformed the original venue. The renewed centre is a multi-level, composite experiential space extending from the basement level to four floors above ground, built around the concept of the “Amway Co-creation Space for a Better Life”. Since its soft opening, it has quickly become a highly recognised hotspot on social media platforms.

 

This project marks another benchmark achievement for HSKC, following its collaboration with Amway on the flagship store in Shanghai. Selected through a competitive tender in June 2024, HSKC undertook over a year of innovative design work to create a new experiential commercial environment. The scope included specialised design services covering architecture, structure, interior finishes, façade, visual identity and logo, furnishings, and exhibition art installations, comprehensively assisting Amway China in establishing a new pinnacle for immersive, scenario-based brand experiences in Guangzhou.

 

Originally established in Zhujiang New Town in 2017, this refurbishment represents its first full upgrade since opening, thoroughly optimising spatial functionality and experiential scenarios. The centre features the signature Beautiful Theatre, offering impressive audiovisual effects and a distinctive immersive experience. The brand zones—Nutrilite, Artistry, and the High-Tech zone—have all been elevated into interactive, scenario-based spaces, enabling visitors to gain a deeper understanding of product features through hands-on engagement.

 

In addition, the centre now houses Amway’s largest Health Testing Centre in China, supporting the promotion and practice of Amway’s holistic health philosophy. The diverse functional areas include Language of Plants (Rich&Jay Coffee), the Beautiful Theatre, a Shared Kitchen, multi-purpose meeting rooms, Her Space, the Calorie Recycling Station, flexible Shared Pods, social media live-streaming rooms, and corporate culture exhibition areas, fully catering to the varied needs of both consumers and entrepreneurs.
