China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd (CFLD) is one of the leading industry operators in China. Founded in 1998, CFLD continues to innovate and better the lives of communities. 

Recently, Haskoll joined a wide array of projects with CFLD, for example, Jiashan Happy World masterplanning, Lize Financial and Business District office interior, and Xianghe Happy World retail design consulting, working together with CFLD to explore and realize the regional economic growth and urban development. Haskoll fully considered and analysed the context of the sites and surrounding environment together with application of Haskoll’s principle commercial circulation models. The proposed designs also made full use of local culture and characteristics to meet the needs of local residents and visitors. It has been a great opportunity for Haskoll to collaborate with CFLD and make outstanding contribution to sustainable urban development.
