On 16th February 2025, the Amway Shanghai Flagship Experience Centre, located at No. 547 Xietu Road in Shanghai’s core commercial district, reopened its doors. With a construction area of over 5,000 square metres, this flagship experience centre has been at the forefront of the experiential economy since its initial opening in 2014. For this renovation, HSKC provided comprehensive commercial space design services, including interior design, visual design, construction drawings, façade design, landscape design, and exhibition installations. The aim was to create a comprehensive experience platform for consumers and entrepreneurs, integrating brand showcases, product experiences, service consultations, and community activities.

Ms. Yu Fang, President of Amway China, stated that the Shanghai Experience Centre invested over RMB 60 million in its renovation, comprehensively optimising its functional layout and experiential scenarios. The core concept is to create a "Shared Space for a Better Life" and a "Health Lifestyle Promotion Centre," showcasing solutions for a better life across various scenarios. This initiative enriches and enhances the content and quality of offline community activities, supports entrepreneur community operations, guides and meets diverse lifestyle needs, and promotes high-quality health and wellness consumption.

The HSKC team designed multiple distinctive zones within the experience centre, including a light food kitchen and a "Foodie’s Paradise" shared kitchen, a health check-up area, a "Calorie Recycling Station," a "World of Flowers" themed café, a "Language of Plants" exhibition area, and a "Self-Care Lounge" social space designed specifically for women. Each zone, through meticulous spatial planning and exhibition design, offers visitors a rich variety of interactive experiences, conveying a healthy and positive lifestyle. Additionally, the design team created a "Wonder Theatre" that can accommodate 150 people. This multifunctional space can host health knowledge lectures, public welfare speeches, and even transform into a small concert hall or art exhibition space, fully demonstrating the flexibility and versatility of the design.
