Modern enterprise group Evergrande Group incoprorates real estate, finance, Internet, health, tourism, culture and sports facilities. The group has more than 500 real estate projects in over 180 major cities throughout the country, becoming the world’s largest real estate enterprise. Haskoll, as one of its partners, has been involved in several exciting projects including Zhengzhou Evergrande Mingdu Mall, which is currently under construction and projected to be open to the public early next year. 

Haskoll recently joined a new project, the intent of which is to create modern and sustainable residential buildings with a pleasing and comfortable environment. In developing the design in response to the client need and the project context, the stepping façade of the building is designed in differing colours and texture vertically and horizontally to avoid an appearance an overly long continuous fenestration.
