Grand Opening of Beijing Huiduo Mall

Beijing Huiduo Mall officially opened on June 18. The project is located on the east side of the Huagong Bridge, southeast of the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing, and is adjacent to Huangchang Station on Line 7 of the subway. Haskoll had the privilege of being commissioned by the client to upgrade and optimize the building's facade, plan the interior commercial flow and conceptualize the square and rooftop garden landscapes.

Huiduo Mall is one of the most prominent newly opened commercial mixed-use project in Beijing this year. It combines a fashionable member shopping centre, boutique outlets, and an IP sports park, making it a shining jewel in the city with its unique design and diversified formats.

With a total area of 130,000 square meters, Huiduo Mall offers various exciting main business formats. It includes a large-scale member warehouse supermarket, providing convenient shopping experiences for customers; a children's theme park, creating joy and laughter for kids; a gourmet food street, presenting a feast of various cuisines; and a high-end cinema, offering audiences an ultimate audiovisual experience.

Trendy and Dynamic Elevation Design

Huiduo Mall has become a landmark in the city with its distinctive and fashionable elevation design. The east and west sides serve as the main commercial display areas, facing the planned subway station on the east side. The elevation design is lively and approachable, with the ground floor showcasing the commercial atmosphere through shops and display windows. From the second floor and above, the diagonally assembled aluminum panel curtain wall presents a youthful and trendy design concept with active wall textures.
