Haskoll supports the Winter Olympics and builds Chongli together

The 24th Beijing Winter Olympics will officially open tomorrow, and the torch will be passed to Fulong Ski Resort this afternoon. As one of the venues for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics on snow sports, Chongli rejuvenated and ushered in earth-shaking changes.

Haskoll was also invited to participate in the design of two projects in Chongli: Fulong Four Seasons Town and the second phase of Dolomiti Resort, letting our design to become an important scene in history, bearing the humanistic feelings and dreams of the Olympic Games.

01 Fulong Four Seasons Town

Fulong Four Seasons Town Project is Fulong Holdings' $26 billion benchmark project in 2016 to build and operate a full-dwelling leisure resort. In planning and building, in the face of fulong four seasons town "sports, vacation and residence" three groups of visitors, to create a snow sports as the core of the hill resort. 

Project Analysis

Fulong Four Seasons Music Town covers a total area of 12 square kilometers, set leisure and entertainment, sports health, old-age living, children's growth function as a whole, the future will feature ice and snow entertainment to create a small town that covers a variety of business models, including catering, retail, entertainment, and service.

Haskoll design a ground-floor block of under four seasons town's commercial street, and we also believe that a soulful town must have something special and not be assified by the tide. We have experienced some magnificent, rich and extravagant life, such a day is no longer no longer nostalgic, looking for the beauty of the inner yearning, looking for a dream valley with both distinct four seasons of change, but also a profound human atmosphere, to achieve a kind of snow, melody and nature.

02 Dolomiti Holiday Resort Phase 2

The project is located in Chongli's Dolomiti Ski Resort (one of the 6 major ski resorts in Chongli and one of the guaranteed ski resorts for the Winter Olympics), including the world's first straddle-type single-track cog-rail mountain climbing sightseeing train and Chongli's first large-scale four-season wild exploration park and a comprehensive supporting town for immersive mountain vacation tourism, creating a comprehensive scenic destination for sightseeing and family multiple round-trip vacations.

Project Analysis

The DSV digital space value smart solution developed by Haskoll superimposes various factors that affect regional land value, to analyze the terrain, parameterize and visualize those characteristics of the site, and optimize land use in design.

Responding to the terrain, integrates the winding mountain into the design. In the valleys far away from the city, the landscape penetrates the house, living in the nature. The occupants can enjoys the open mountain landscape while overlook the beautiful theme park or the ski park in winter.
