Haskoll accompanied the British Embassy in China on a visit to SINOBO Group

On June 22 2022, Haskoll accompanied a delegation from the British Embassy in China and British enterprise representatives to visit the headquarters of SINOBO and hold a cooperative meeting. Mr. Zhen Yang, the Managing Director of Haskoll, was invited to attend the meeting.

After hearing the introduction of the Beijing Workers Stadium renovation and reconstruction project, the two sides had discussions on the possible cooperation in the future regarding the project, and reached a consensus on establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism.

Mr. Tom Duke, the deputy trade  Commissioner  of the British Embassy in China, gave a comprehensive introduction to the advantages of the UK in the fields of architecture, creative culture, sports, and retail, as well as the flexible and competitive financing solutions of UK Export Finance (UKEF). Some of the British enterprise representatives attending the meeting have already served as advisory units and deeply participated in the Beijing Workers Stadium renovation and reconstruction project.

Mr. Tom Duke expressed high expectations for the project and the possible cooperation between the two sides. "The Beijing Workers Stadium is not only an infrastructure construction project, but will also have enormous potential in the fields of sports, culture, and creative industries in the future. I hope that the two sides can find suitable cooperation models and create the greatest economic and cultural value together."

The delegation showed strong interest in the spatial planning and commercial distribution of the new Workers Stadium, and hoped that the two sides could carry out exchange and cooperation in the fields of experiential consumption and introduction of sports and cultural intellectual property. SINOBO Group is looking forward to the British embassy and enterprises using the new Workers Stadium as a "stage" and "showcase", injecting more rich cultural exchange content into it.
