Haskoll Digital Technology lands in Shanghai Hongqiao Xiangcheng Building

On March 16 2021, leaders including Gu Haidong, secretary of the Xiangcheng District Committee in Suzhou, visited the office of Haskoll Digital Technology (Shanghai). The leaders attentively listened to the introduction of Haskoll's independently developed digital space project given by Cao Jiantao, our business partner in Shanghai. They expressed great interest and high recognition for Haskoll's digital space technology in the areas of slow traffic spaces, transportation hubs, and commercial spaces.

Haskoll Digital Technology relies on the international experience of the Haskoll team in urban and spatial commercial design spanning over 40 years. Our research and development focuses on the digital analysis of individual behaviors and the multi-dimensional logical relationships of spatial existence, particularly in analyzing the commercial value attributes of spaces. We have always hoped to have high-tech instruments like magnetic resonance imaging machines in hospitals to detect problems and provide visual decision-making support for doctors in spatial design. Through our digital visualization, we can provide decision-makers and designers with an intuitive display of the multi-dimensional internal logical relationships and offer intelligent design and planning solutions based on big data.

After five years of research and development by the Haskoll China team, we have created the DSV digital space intelligent design tool with independent intellectual property rights. DSV hopes to provide decision-makers with visual decision-making support for multiple plan comparisons through digital and visual analysis and display of the multi-dimensional reasons for people's movements and behaviors within spaces. DSV can also provide intelligent solutions for owners based on big data. However, pure intelligent detection and design are not enough. The DSV team also brings together many experts with international experience, giving us the unique ability to provide customers with comprehensive smart solutions.
