JUST DESIGN | Haskoll x LPS Extraordinary Design Cocktail Party

The 19th extraordinary Design Cocktail Party was held at Wanda Vista Beijing on 10:00a.m.-13:00p.m.  22nd June 2019. Haskoll joined hands the 2nd time with LPS and many authoritative brands and institutions in the design industry to successfully host this event.

200+ official partners at home and abroad, and 27 leading global real estate companies from Dubai, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada and other countries to participate in this international high-end real estate event. Haskoll teamed up with experts in the design industry and invited guests who love design to share the latest cutting-edge design concepts, ideas and trends, architectural design, interior design, furniture and soft furnishings. It’s a feast of fashion design for all guests who pursue high quality, creative and quality life.

[Residential Design] has always been one of the traditional business sectors of Haskoll. Over the years, we have developed many high-end real estate projects in cooperation with many well-known developers around the world. 

Haskoll and the Empire Property Group together designed the Pioneer Point which is the Pioneer Commercial and Residential Complex in London, UK. 

As the East London Pioneer Market Redevelopment Project, it adds a beautiful landscape to the city and an absolute landmark that the citizens are proud of.

Haskoll China also adheres to the consistent design philosophy and has built a number of high-end real estate projects in China with top developers. Since cooperating with Sweden's White Peak Real Estate Investment in 2010, Haskoll has provided design services from pre-planning, architectural design to interior design for many residential and commercial projects across the country. The Shandong Linyi London Gardens Project which was co-operated with White Peak in the early years is still the representative work of high-end residential buildings in Victorian architecture in China.
