Haskoll officially launched the Xiamen Mangrove Resort Project from Antaeus Group near East China Sea

Haskoll won the bidding for Xiamen Mangrove Tree Resort Project!

Xiamen Mangrove Tree Resort islocated in Tong’an District, Xiamen, about 21 minutes drive from Xiamen GaoqiAirport and 54 minutes drive from Xiamen Railway Station. The construction areafor the project is about 346 mu, which close to Xiamen Bay with convenienttransportation and top landscapes.

As a pioneer in the cultural &tourism industry, Antaeus Group pioneered the introduction of the idea of“resort” into China and created the famous resort chain brand – Mangrove TreeResort World. Haskoll has provided planning, architectural and interior designservices for Antaeus Group since 2012. This time, Haskoll is in charge of thepre-conceptual plan design for the Xiamen Mangrove Project of Antaeus Group,which officially won the bidding in July and took charge of the constructionproject and preliminary design.

Combined with the planningand design concept, Haskoll created a suitable inner street model for the commercialblock, which not only utilizes the elements of the modern “canopy” and“stacking door”, but also combines the traditional red brick and stone ofXiamen. The street model creates a rich, young and efficient businessexperience.

Adhering to the spirit of the continuous exploration of the AntaeusGroup, Haskoll as a senior business and streamline designer initially developthe commercial model for Xiamen Mangrove Resort. It emphasizes the organiccombination and flexible use of large space and multi-function and meets avariety of business needs. It is not limited to the combination of shoppingspace and urban space, but also brings an extraordinary experience to urbanresidents.

Xiamen Mangrove Resort will strive tobecome a new regional landmark, as a commercial and tourism destination toXiamen and even the surrounding areas.
