Beijing Spotlight Shopping Mall is a commercial mixed use project by JinFeng Properties. It is located in the area between the city centre and sub-centre, just 20km to Tiananmen East and 10km to Tongzhou sub-centre West. As well as a location for high-level residential, this project concept uses the idea of city balcony and views to city life.. Aiming to encourage the interaction and communication between people, the concept seeks to highlight commercial frontage and does this by utilizing a staggered void through the center of the public space. In this way Beijing Spotlight Shopping Mall will not only provide a comfortable, cultural, convenient, and youthful shopping space for the customers but will also create an inspiration for the neighborhood at the East 5th Ring. 

Haskoll is responsible for the elevation design,  landscape concept design for the square and roof, the commercial circulation design and interior design.
