Penglai Mixed Use Development project, cooperated between Haskoll and Whitepeak Real Estate, has officially started, and Haskoll has started detailed design work in the planning scheme phase. It is a rare chance and challenge for Haskoll to design a mixed-use development in such a historical coastal city as Penglai.
