Gongyi Qinglongshan Resort Master Plan

Our drive to develop our tourism and master planning business is bearing fruit. A recent commission by a private developer led to the preparation of a master plan for Qinglongshan, which covers 12 km² of mountainous terrain. The design requires a thorough understanding of the area’s rich heritage and cultural assets. Using the character for ‘dragon’ as an organizing principle, a diverse range of tourist facilities have been combined with proposals for luxury villas, club-houses, hotels and an outlet village around a new lake.
