Penglai Joy Plaza Completion

The first stage of Penglai Joy Plaza designed by Haskoll for developer Whitepeak has been officially completed.The scheme entitled 'Magic Beach' has a strong emphasis on leisure activities, creating a new destination for the historic city near to the sea front and in the shadow of the Penglai Pavilion. 

The first of its kind scheme includes a cinema and Karaoke club as well as a four-storey hotel. Joy Plaza is destined to become the number one 'Shopping Park' in Penglai and the first outdoor shopping complex in city. The project combines shopping, dining, entertainment and seasonal activities throughout the year.
