Longyan Welcomes the New Wanda Plaza

Wanda Longyan Plaza was newly opened on 7th November 2014 providing 211,500㎡ of commercial space. 

This new commercial centre in Longyan is the 101st Wanda Plaza developed by the Wanda Group and comprises an apartment hotel, serviced conference facilities, Soho offices and a shopping mall with a department store and KTV entertainments. 

Haskoll's design for the elevations reflects the local 'Hakka' culture 'round-houses' – recreating their radial forms and textured walls in a contemporary manner. This interpretation embeds the scheme into the local environment and nurtures a sense of ownership amongst the people of Longyan.
