Haskoll China has officially signed the contract with Grosvenor Group on Shanghai Parkview Plaza project

Haskoll China has finalized the design refurbishment contract of Shanghai Changfeng Parkside Shopping Plaza with Grosvenor Group after 3 rounds competitions.  

Haskoll London office worked closely with Grosvenor Group before in Britain. This time is another great opportunity to cooperate on Chinese project. Haskoll would re-design the main entrances of the shopping mall and optimized the customer circulation with strong and professional business project experiences. At the same time, Haskoll will refurbish the B1 space of the shopping mall to maximized its functions and bring the greatest benefits for the owner. 

The refurbishment of Changfeng Parkside Plaza was planning to be done by 2016 spring. At that time, the first Lego exploring centre would opened on the 2nd floor of the shopping mall. It would bring much more excitement to the public.
