Grosvenor Group, one of London's wealthiest and leading property companies, invited Haskoll to refurbish the interior and exterior of Shanghai Parkside Plaza that is located on the edge of Changfeng Park, Shanghai. The Haskoll team has substantial experience in retail,construction and remodelling, and this project is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate their establish strength in this area. 

Haskoll worked closely with Grosvenor Group as well as its stakeholders and produced many exciting ideas to upgrade the facade of the buildin and interior design, this within a limited time and budget to deliver for the whole project. It is anticipated that Parkside Plaza will be reopen this April, 2016 with the largest LEGO store in Asia and it will be one of the most attractive and dynamic mixed-use developments in Shanghai.
