Jiangyin Chengtian Cinema Commercial Interior

Orange Sky have recently appointed Haskoll to design the commercial interior for Chengtian Cinema in Jiangyin, North of Shanghai. This appointment was made on the basis of Haskoll’s long history of retail design experience. 

While the plan organization for this project is based on the traditional mall layout, the interior design brief is anything but. With a strong focus on books, lifestyle and customer service along with ‘state of the art’ cinema facilities that the client is famous for. The interior is designed to feel homely, playful with warm and varied interior materials and finishes. 

The job is currently nearing completion of the concept design stage and will now be developed through to construction. On completion, Jiangyin Chengtian Cinema will be the biggest cinema-led, mixed use development in Asia.
