Haskoll Won Real Estate China Merit Award

Haskoll's mixed use project – Sanya Bay Mangrove Resort was shortlisted in Real Estate China Award in February and finally won the 2016-2017 Real Estate China Merit Award of Interior Design Project. 

Application for the award started in August 2016 and the Award Ceremony was held on the 27th April, 2017 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. 137 design consultancies were involved and in total 155 design projects were shortlisted. More than 80 professional judges, chosen for their expertise and industry knowledge, gathered in the ceremony and revealed the winners, all of whom represent the best in Chinese real estate design. It was announced that Sanya Bay Mangrove Resort was awarded the Merit Award of Interior Design Project. 

Sanya Bay Mangrove Resort, our third collaboration with Antaeus Group, is a huge tourism-led mixed use development in Sanya Hainan. The resort comprises water park, theatre, indoor shopping street, international restaurants, conference hall and luxury hotels.
