Tahoe Fuzhou Bay Mixed-use Development

Haskoll launched an exciting project in Fuzhou Bay, a tourism-led mixed-use development. The project lies on the southern part of Fuzhou New District, is a part of ongoing urban renewal project in Fuzhou. Fuzhou Bay, as an important destination for commercial, culture and retail activities in Fuzhou, aims to create a new eye-catching landmark with modern but traditional building clusters to develop tourism industry within the area.

Masterplan has developed based on the location of natural resources, especially the river and streams next to the bay. Main retail units locate at the north facing the river and the hotel and apartments are situated at the west and east corner of the site. The whole concept introduced the ‘river and Fu culture’to the design, emphasizing urban layout and city language of Fuzhou. The 300-metre shopping street, which is the key element of the whole project, smoothly connects two water parks within the site. Water feature, lighting and sidewalks are also carefully designed.
