Haskoll has completed design scheme submission for “Shengrun Jinxiu Spring” project, which is now in the phase for government approval. Located in downtown Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the 700,000 sqm mixed-use project is to be designed into a development with high-level hotel, residential and shopping areas, creating a brand new business landscape for high-end residential blocks.
