Completion of Phase One to Penglai Joy Plaza

Joy Plaza reached a milestone last month with the completion of the superstructure to phase one. The event was marked by our client Whitepeak Real Estate with a celebration event including a fashion show and Q&A session with Haskoll’s Associate Director Gareth Hardy. The scheme once completed will offer a unique shopping destination with 110,000m² of new retail and leisure space to the historic city of Penglai.
