Hainan Qinglongshan Resort Project

Our client has commissioned Haskoll to prepare a master plan for a 9 km² area in central Hainan in collaboration with an economics consultant. Haskoll have proposed three ‘visions’ each with a unique ‘signature’ which provides a powerful development identity. These visions explore the impact on the natural environment and encompasse different ‘tourism’ directions. In addition, various investment strategies were suggested together with respective development phasing.
